Ballistics: Science of Flying Objects and Explosions, California, 12-14

Before man could fly, he made objects fly. We will have a blast, building from scratch a cool potato cannon, a Coca-Cola rocket, a marshmallow catapult, and more. Older campers will learn to calculate the route of a flying object and the science behind its trajectory. At the end of the week you will take your ballistic arsenal home to your parents, who will be waiting anxiously to play with them!

Led by Alec Grey, a tinkerer and mechanical engineering student at the Colorado School of Mines.
