Exploring Water Conservation

Awareness around water conservation has become a hot topic in California as we navigate years of dry winters and watch our reservoirs dwindle. Water concerns are front and center these days, and the drought can be an important teaching tool for the children to understand how they can impact the future of this precious resource. With hands-on experiential learning, we will explore the water cycle, watershed, and tips and tricks for conserving H2O. By the end of this day-long immersive science camp, we will have created a fun new way to think about water and our collective habits around using this natural resource.

Before and extended care will be offered from 8:30-9am and 3-5pm. $6/half hour or $12/hour. We reserve the right to cancel the extended care if we do not have enough participates. Please email b4ksf.office@gmail.com to register for before or after care.
